Creamcheese filled banana bread

Ingredients
1 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup Butter, unsalted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda 3 tbsp Sour Cream 2 cup Flour, white 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 8 oz Cream Cheese .33 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 grams Flour, white
Directions
Mix 1 cup sugar, butter, and 2 egs
add bananas, salt, the baking soda dissolved in sour cream, and 2 cups flout Mix well and add nuts.
Divide 1/2 of this mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
combine cream cheese mixture ingredients and spread over mixture in pans
Spread remaining banana bread batter on top
You can sprinkle an few extra nuts on to or sprinkle top with 1 T sugar mixed with 1/2 t cinnamon before baking. Makes a nice crunchy top but this is optional
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour Test for doneness
cool and slice
