Ingredients
2 cup, shredded Cabbage, red, fresh 3 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 2 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple .5 cup, packed Raisins .5 cup Sunflower Seeds, dry roasted with salt added 6 tbsp Mayonnaise, Olive Oil: w/ Sea Salt - homemade recipe (by MOCHAMONKEY) 3 oz BRAGG Apple Cider Vinegar All Natural Drink-Concord Grape & Acai .25 cup Pineapple Juice 2 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) .5 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) .5 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the dressing ingredients with a whisk. Then add the slaw, raisins, sunflower seeds. Fold all ingredients together until slaw is completely coated with dressing. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
