HEALTHY BANANA OAT BARS

Ingredients
3 C Quick Cook Oatmeal - uncooked1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 1 C Almonds - sliced 1 cup (not packed) Raisins 1/3 C chia seeds 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) ripe bananas mashed 1 Apple, peeled and diced3/4 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 5 serving Egg white, large 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 mins. Cut into 24 bars.
