1 large Egg Yolk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/3 cup Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice 1 tsp Monkfruit Sweetener Classic White 2-3 drops Hot Sauce 2/3 cup Olive Oil 12 oz container (with lid)
melt coconut oil in large measuring dish with pour spout in microwave 30 seconds
Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to blender. pulse lightly.
Add olive oil to melted coconut oil and stir to combine.
Blend egg mixture on low speed while adding oil mixture very slowly until it has the consistency of mayonnaise.
