Slow Cooker Korean Beef

1.5 lb Flank Steak .25 cup Cornstarch 2 tbsp Sesame Oil .5 tsp garlic - minced (by GUTCH67) 8 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) .5 cup Beef stock, home-prepared .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1. Cut flank steak into strips
2. Shake steak strips in a baggie with the cornstarch
3. In slow cooker, mix sesame oil, garlic, saoy sauce, beef stock, brown sugar, onion. Stir until combined.
4. Add steak strips to slow cooker and stir to coat in sauce.
5. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours, or until steak is tender and cooked through.
6. Serve hot over rice (not included in nutritional information.)
