1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 100 grams Red Potato 1 cup Blanched carrots 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 4 small Mushrooms, fresh 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 8 oz Tyson Cornish Hen 0.5 tsp Thyme, ground 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt 0.25 tsp Paprika 0.25 tsp Oregano, ground 0.25 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp Holland House white cooking wine
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Slice the veggies and place in the bottom Thaw hen and rinse. Mix seasonings and put half of them over veggies and the other half over the hen rubbing them over hen inside and out then place hen on top of veggies. Add white Colby wine. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
