Chicken Zucchini Mac by GastriKate

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup, sliced Zucchini .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 3 oz Cheddar Cheese 3 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched
Directions
Dice chicken and zucchini.
Put milk and zucchini in saucepan and simmer until zucchini is soft.
Add cooked chicken and macaroni.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir in cheese until melted.
