8 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 0.75 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 0.5 tbsp Cilantro, dried 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 16 serving Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortilla 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Mix sour cream,soup, & cilantro in a saucepan, mix & warm.
Mix cooked chicken & rotel in a pan with cooking spray and cook on med. heat for several minutes.
Preheat oven to 350
While oven heats, fill 2Tbsp of chicken mixture into tortillas & roll up. Place in a oven pan & pour sauce mixture on top.
Cover tortillas in Colby cheese & cook in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
