T's Bean Stoup

5 cup Chick Peas 15 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap) 3 cup Beans, yellow (snap, raw) 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .25 cup Herb, Parsley, Fresh 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 8 oz chorizo sausage 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 serving Aquafaba(chickpea water) (by SPARKLING_NICI)
Place olive oil into a dutch oven, and saute the sliced chorizo, sliced onions and garlic. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Add a bit of the aquafaba as needed. Once the onions are sauted, add the chick peas, cubed potatoes and sliced carrots and saute a bit more. Add water or aquafaba as needed. Once the carrots are starting to cook, add the wax and green beans. (I cut them into smaller pieces). Add water as needed to keep the stoup at the desired consistency. Simmer for about 20 minutes until veggies are cooked and serve.
