Ingredients
1 dash Pepper, black 2 leaf, medium Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 4 slice Mushrooms, fresh 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.50 serving beetroot 4 slcies 100 grams Ground beef, lean
Directions
Make beef, dash of garlic salt, ground black pepper and diced onion into balls, then flatten. Fry in a dash of olive oil until browned on both sides and cooked through.

Assemble burger using lettuce leaves as 'buns'.

Serving Size: makes 1 pattie and burger
