Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 medium head red cabbage, shredded 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced 3 carrots, thinly sliced 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced 2/3 cup cider vinegar 2/3 cup Splenda (sucralose) 1/4 cup canola oil 1 teaspoons salt
Directions
Combine the cabbage, cucumbers, carrots and onion in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sweetener, oil and salt. Pour over the cabbage mixture, toss to coat .

Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Drain excess liquid before serving. ENJOY!
