Another Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1.75 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached Whole Wheat Flour 3 tbsp Vital wheat gluten 2 tsp Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast) 1.25 cups very warm water 120-130F3 tbsp Canola Oil 3 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp nonfat dry milk1 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 1/2 tsp salt2 tsp lemon juice1.25 cup Bread Flour - Unbleached, King Arthur Flour1/4 cup pumpkin seeds - add midway thru knead
Directions
Mix first 3 dry ingredients, add warm water, mix and let rest 20 minutes.

Add rest of ingredients and mix, flour is last.

Knead. Midway through knead, add pumpkin seeds.

Spray cooking spray in 3 mini loaf pans. Divide dough into 3.

For 3 mini loaves, bake at 350F for 18 minutes. Longer if 1 loaf.
