For the Mug Cake; 1/4 cup Almond Flour1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 Tbsp Powdered Swerve1 Lg Egg1 Tbsp Canned Pumpkin (NOT Pie Filling)1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice1/2 tsp Cinnamon1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping CreamFor the Glaze; 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese, softened1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1 Tbsp Powdered Swerve1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
For the cake; Combine all cake ingredients in a mug, mix well and microwave for 90 seconds. Let set in the mug while you make the glaze. For the glaze; Combine all ingredients with a fork, mix till smooth. If necessary, microwave for 5-10 seconds to loosen the cream cheese. Remove cake from mug onto a plate, top with glaze and enjoy! *Powdered Swerve has 0 Net Carbs so they are not included in the calculations.
