Ingredients
honey....about 1 tbsp to add sweetness to the spreadchickpeas.....about 0.5 cup
Directions
smush chick peas with a fork in a small bowl until they have reached desired paste-like consistency.

mix in a little bit of honey for sweetness

apply to a piece of whole wheat toast, pita, or whatever else you want to put it on

    This was surprisingly good. Simple, easy. I spread it on Wasa crackers and then top of a fresh tomato bruchetta. Really yummy! - 3/4/08
