Red Snapper L'Orange

Ingredients
6 oz red snapper fish .5 cup Orange Juice 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted1 tbsp Butter, melted2 tbsp Basil orange zestsalt and pepper to tasteherbs if desired
Directions
Place fish filets in a well greased baking dish. Zest the orange directly over filets which have been seasoned with salt and pepper and/or whatever you desire.
Pour all ingredients except basil over fish and cook in 350 F degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Garnish the fish with the freshly chopped basil and serve with orange slices or wedges over rice, noodles or whatever.
