Scallop and Shrimp Soup

170.0 Grams Asparagus, fresh3.0 clove Garlic30.0 slice Mushrooms, fresh0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 oz Scallops, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving 10 baby carrots raw6.0 oz Large Raw Shrimp, broiled (1 serving = 4 ozs or 7/8 shrimp)6.0 tbsp chicken broth concentrate1.0 serving miracle noodles rice
Complete these steps while making stock below
1. Brown onions and garlic in olive oil
2. Cut scallops and shrimp to bitesize and add to pan.
3. Sear seafood
Make stock in Dutch oven
1. Mix broth concentrate with 3 cups water (you can substitute chicken broth)
2. Bring to boil
3. Cover and simmer for 20 mins (while completing seafood mixture above)
4. Add seafood mixture
5. Add asparagus
6. Simmer 15 mins. (Or until veggies are done)
If desired add 1/2 spinach per servings right before serving.
