Zucchini chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients
1 large Egg, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.50 tsp Salt 0.50 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 tsp Baking Soda 1.50 cup Flour 8 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 1tsp 8 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips 3 tsp Lemon Juice 12 tsp White Sugar 1 cup Yellow Squash and/or Zucchini, chopped
Directions
preheat to 360
grease muffin pans
combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl
mix egg, oil, milk, lemon juice and vanilla in bowl
Fold in squash/zucchini, chocolate chips and nuts
Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened
Fill muffin pans 2/3 full
Bake till toothpick comes out clean, check at 13 minutes
