Ingredients
4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 5 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup 3 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh .25 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 large Egg white, fresh 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ener G Baking Soda (by GABAY29) 1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
Directions
melt butter in microwave
add all ingredients except flour
mix well
add flour and stir until just mixed
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes
