Pollo con nopales

Ingredients
1 cup Nopales, cooked 4 oz Chicken Breast, baked/grilled plain 1 cup Salsa
Directions
Wash nopales Cut the chicken in small cubes and place in grilling pot. Salsa prep: In a blender add 1/2 a Roma tomatoe , a hand full of red Chile de árbol dried, onion and one piece of garlic. Blend until it’s completely purred. Once the chicken has fully cooked add the nopales until tender. Then finally add the salsa. Allow to slow boil 10-15 mins Serving Size: 2
