Real Hummus

Ingredients
1 clove garlic1 (19 oz can) garbonzo beans; half the liquid reserved ; rinsed4 TBS lemon juice2 TBS tahini1 tsp saltpepper to taste or cumin to taste1/4 cup chopped cilantro can be added p[
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender except reserved liquid
blend
If too thick add reserved liquid a little at a time until creamy and well blended.
serve with veggies
