Curried Chicken

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashedOlive Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tbspChicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removedPasta, cooked, 10 oz Curry powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Fry the chicken in the Olive Oil until lightly brown, remove from pan. Deglaze with water and add the Banana, Curry Powder, Salt & Pepper. Bring to simmer and add the chicken. While it simmers, about 30 minutes, prepare the pasta.
Serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
