Wash well and slice thinly 300 grams Purple potato Coat a medium sized casserole pan with 2 tsp Olive Oil Layer a single slice of potatoes over the whole bottom and up the sides. Slice 6 oz baby spinach into 1/2 inch strips In separate bowl, mix:4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup member's mark plain nonfat Greek yogurt 1 tsp Weber garlic Parmesan seasoning 20 gram(s) *Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese Alternate layers of sliced spinach, sliced potatoes, and egg mix until the casserole is full. Put into preheated 350 F oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle.
