Ingredients
1 cup Mung Beans 1 serving Himalayan Pink Salt - Trader Joe's 1/8 tsp (by FRESHAIRE1) 1 tsp Chili powder 0.5 tbsp Terrasoul turmeric powder (by JTF916) 1 tsp Garlic 0.10 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt 1 tbsp Xanthum Gum - Bob's Red Mills (1TB,9g) .083 =.25ts (by CORLISSTRIEDIT) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
Directions
Sprout mung dal and blend it with rest of the ingredients.Then take a griddle and put a ladle full of smooth mixture ,spread it out and cook on medium flame till it starts to turn golden and leaves edges.Sprinkle some oil and flip it .Cook for more 2 minutes and serve with tomato chutney.
