1.3 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) .5 cup Chobani greek yogurt plain whole milk (1cup=227gm) .5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) .75 cup Almond milk hint of honey 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g .5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions
mix all ingredients in bowl, divide into individual servings. Chill overnight in fridge
