Old Fashion French Toast

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread1/4 cup better'n eggs egg substitute1/8 cup 1% milk1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp splenda
Directions
Spray griddle with non stick cooking spray, heat to medium. Mix egg substiture, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and spenda together until blended.
Coat Bread slices on both sides with the egg mixture place on skillet, pour the balance of egg mixture on top of bread slices. Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
