Veggie omelet

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.25 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 0.25 cup, chopped Swiss Chard 0.5 oz Cheese: Coastal British Cheddar (1 oz or 28 g) (by IBMADL) 0.25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
saute chopped onions in olive oil until translucent. Then add chopped bell peppers and chard, and sautee for a minute until chard is slightly wilted. Then add the beaten eggs. As the eggs begin to cook, sprinkle the cheese in and mix it in. Serve hot.
