Ingredients
750 grams Gourd, white-flowered (calabash), cooked 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 small Onions, raw 0.5 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 1 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 1 tsp Garlic
Directions
Chop everything.Sauté onion in oil in the electric pressure cooker.
Add rest of ingredients.cover and pressure cook for 35 minutes on high pressure.
Npr.
Then blend it with hand blender.
