2.5 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked from whole pumpkin de-seeded and de-gunked ?64 gram Stevia in the Raw 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
preheat 325 bake
wet together, dry together,
mush together
line 6 x 9 with parchment paper, pour mush batter in parchment
bake 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean
