Baked Haddock (Ritz Crumb)

Ingredients
1 fillet Haddock, WILD CAUGHT1 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers) .25 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Mayonnaise, Hellman’s Light .25 tsp Paprika .25 tsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Butter, salted
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Rub shallow pan (13"x9" works well) with coconut oil or olive oil. Place haddock fillet (skinless side down) on pan.

Melt butter.

In a small bowl, crush Ritz crackers. Add garlic powder, paprika, melted butter and parsley. Mix well.

Spread a light coat of mayonnaise onto fillet. Sprinkle the Ritz cracker crumbs on top of the fish.

Place prepared fish in preheated oven and TURN HEAT DOWN to 400!

Bake for approximately 16 minutes.
