Blended Cauliflower/Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
20 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 cup Half and Half Cream 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Directions
Heat milk, 2 tbsp flower and chopped onions on medium heat (stir continually) until it starts to thicken.
Add Cauliflower and Broccoli
cook on low for 20 minutes (stirring as needed).
Put in blender and puree
Serve
