Mediterranean Style Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Chicken5 oz. Fresh Spinach, diced1/2 C. Kraft Naturals Mediterranean Style Crumbles1/4 C. Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil, Drained*
Directions
Combine all ingredients.

If you have time, put the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour. This helps to make the meat less sticky and you can more easily make the patties.

Form patties and broil or grill until desired doneness.

*To further cut fat, use regular sun dried tomatoes soaked in water until soft.
