Ingredients
0.50 cup Egg - Eggbeaters 2 T Applesauce, unsweetened 1 cup Milk, 2%, 2/3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Blueberries, fresh 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 2T packed Brown Sugar 2T Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix wet ingredients then add to dry.
Use a 1/4 C measuring cup, pour on non stick heated skillet.

Serving Size: use 1/4 C , makes 18 pancakes. one pancake is a serving
