Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
2 large Mushroom caps1/4 cup tomato sauce1/4 cup shredded red fat moz. cheese1/4 cup red. fat ricotta cheese2 tblsp red. fat sour cream2 tblsp parm. cheese
Directions
combine all of the cheeses except parm. clean out ribs from mushroom caps. add the cheese mixture, add tomato sauce over the top, sprinkle with parm cheese. bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes
