1/2 lb ham, medium sliced1 can (15 oz) pork and beans8 eggs16 grape tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise1 tbsp butter, dividedsalt and pepper, to taste
Heat pork and beans in pan over medium-high heat until starts to boil. Remove pan from heat.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Saute ham slices and tomatoes, flesh side down, in pan until lightly browned and heated through. Remove from skillet.
Add remaining butter to the skillet and fry eggs, as desired.
Season eggs and tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
