Ingredients
1.0 cup Milk, canned, evaporated1.0 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.06 cup Flour, white0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
In a pot, add the evaporated milk, ricotta cheese, and olive oil, stir well, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the flour and spices, stir well, and remove the pot from the heat. Serve warm on top of Bolognese sauce.
