Salami 'Chippies'

20 slices (thinly sliced) Salami
Heat oven (or can use air-fryer) to 350C.
Line oven tray with baking paper. Place slices of salami on tray and place into the oven.
Bake for around 10-15 minutes.
Keep an eye on them as they can easily burn!
Take out and place onto cake cooler. Pat fat off the salami slices. Once cooled, store in an airtight container and enjoy.
Can eat as is, but also delish with dips!
