Banana X-Bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup Emerald Forest Xylitol3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 large egg3/4 cup 1% milk1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a standard size loaf pan. I use spray olive oil.

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Combine.

Cook about 60 mins. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick and it if comes out free of batter, it's done.

Cool for 15 mins.
