Tin Can Hobo Stew

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 2 cup Beans, black 3 serving Del Monte canned Diced New potatoes - 1 serving 1/2 cup (by DOOLITTLE42981) 1.75 cup Canned Carrots 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3.5 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added 2 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning 2 cup Homemade Turkey Stock (by OPERAMOM)
Directions
Brown Meat, Add in Onion, Taco Seasoning, and water called for on the package.
Add in all the canned items, draining corn, potato, sliced carrots
Rinsing the beans
Squish tomatoes with hands and add to the stew
Add in Chicken or Turkey stock and let the stew come to a simmer.
I usually make this either early in the day for dinner that night, or the day before, since time makes this taste so much better.
