Rita's Best Date Bran Muffins

1.5 cup All Natural Unprocessed Wheat Bran 1 cup Flour, whole grain 2-1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3/4 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Molasses 1/3 cup Avocado Oil or any oil1-1/2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
Mix dry ingredients together and add dates
Mix egg, molasses and oil together and beat in the milk
Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients and stir to moisten (don't over mix or batter will be runny)
Pour into muffin pans and bake at 350 for 15 min
Serving Size: 1 muffin
