Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
1 Whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast2 Flour Tortillas1 medium onion1 medium red bell pepper1/2 cup lowfat shredded cheese1 tomato 1/2 cup shredded lettuce4 tbsp salsa4 tbsp lowfat sour cream
Directions
Cook Chicken Breast on the Grill at approx 9 minutes on each side or until juices run clean and there is no more pink in the center.

Once Chicken is cooked, cut into strips.

Lay out tortilla shells and layer with cheese, onion, red pepper, salsa, and chicken.

Fold the tortilla shell in half over and place on the grill.

Cook until the cheese starts to bubble and the shell is golden brown and crispy.

Top with Sour Cream, tomatoes, and lettuce.
