Mel's Shrimp fried rice

Ingredients
1.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked6.0 large Shrimp, raw0.5 cup Peas and carrots, frozen0.5 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil1.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce0.66 tbsp Hoisin Sauce0.16 serving Chinese, Barbeque Spare Ribs, 8 oz pork ribs
Directions
cook scrambled egg set aside, cook shrimp and cut up set aside, cut up boneless chinese spare rib, cook veggies , add rice . stir in soy sauce oyster, hoisin and sesame oil. i add salt and pepper plus mirin and shaoxing wine if i have it.
