Potato cake

4.0 cup Mashed Potatoes1.0 tsp Salt0.2 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Onion powder3.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix all ingredients together Put virgin oil in pan, get hot. Then add 2 T of mix. Kinda like a silver dollar pancake. Fry till brown and serve.
