5.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh2.0 medium Carrots, raw1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions2.0 serving kikkoman sweet and sour seasoning3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Saute veggies, excluding mushroom, in water until tender crisp. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add prepared sweet and sour mix and cook until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles. Serving Size: 1 cup
