2 serving Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips (30 chips) 1 oz TJ's Organic Raw Walnut Halves & Pieces {1/3c = 30g = 1 oz} .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.15 cup C&H Confectioners Powdered Sugar (by LABYRINTH) .5 serving Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 large Egg white, fresh
Beat egg white until stiff.
Beat in powdered sugar till combined and fluffy
Fold in Vanilla (and/or almond extract), almond flour/meal, melted chocolate chips, and walnut pieces
Drop by small spoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
