crock pot teriyaki steak

Ingredients
2 lbs chuck steak thinly sliced1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tblsp brown sugar blend splenda1/4 cup soy sauce1 tblsp water & 1 tblsp oil1/2 cup juice from canned pineapple slices or chunks all natural pineapple juice3 tblsp corn starch3 tblsp water
Directions
Place cut steak in crock pot mix all ingredients except corn starch and 3 tblsp water and cook on low for 6-7 hours. turn crockpot to high mix corn starch and water together pour and stir until slightly thickened

serves 4 oz each 8 servings
