Z Hearty Bean and Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 clove Garlic 3.5 cup Canned Tomatoes 3 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 cup Lfesmart Dark Red Kidney Beans 3 tsp Vegeta (No MSG) 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tbsp Basil .125 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Sauté onions, carrots and garlic in oil until soft.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release.
Remove bay leaves. Purée until smooth.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
