Salsa chicken bake

Ingredients
120 grams Armstrong extra old cheddar 50 grams Gouda Cheese 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 16 tbsp President's choice salsa medium 1 tbsp Chili powder 0.25 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
Cut chicken breasts in half. Place in baking dish of your like (cast iron skillet, ditch oven, bread pan, it really doesn’t matter). Throw the chicken in there. Sprinkle in chili powder and mix to coat chicken. Cover with salsa and lemon juice and mix again. Grate your cheeses (use whatever cheese your heart desires) and sprinkle over top. Bake at 400F for 40 mins or until chicken is cooked. Serve however you like. Makes 4 servings.
