Homemade Sweet Sour Egg Salad

10 hard boiled eggs10 Tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayo5 Tbsp sweet pickle relish3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard6 tsp granulated sugar2 Tbsp cider vinegar
Drop eggs into boiling water and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Peal eggs and chop finely
(I use a Braun hand mixer)
Add all other incredients and mix well.
Chill. Holds for several days in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
Serve on whole wheat bread, crackers, or add as a topping for salads.
