Wild Rice/Grain Cereal

Ingredients
8 cups water (divided)1/2 cups rice1/2 cup pearl barley1/2 cup steel-cut oats1/2 cup bulgur1/2 cup golden raisins1/4 cup packed brown sugar3 tablespoons butter3/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ground cinnamonSimmer 2 cups water and wild rice in small saucepan 20 minutes. Drain.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. In dish, mix wild rice with remaining 6 cups water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover loosely with foil and bake until grains are tender and water is absorbed, about 1 1/2 hours.Serves 10
