Cucumber & Tomato Salad (Cachoombar)

Ingredients
1 tomato diced (about 1 cup)1 cup peeled diced English cucumber1 cup diced red onion1 small green chilli seeded, minced1-1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp ground cuminFreshly ground black pepper to taste2 ybsp lime juice1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
Put tomato, cucumber, onion and chilli in wide serving bowl. Sprinkle on 1 tsp salt, cumin and pepper. Toss. Add lime juice and cilantro. Toss. sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Serve immediately.

(I only use 1 tsp salt as I find 1-1/2 is too much)
